The Body Mass Index (BMI) is a widely used indicator that assesses body fat based on an individual's height and weight, applicable to adult men and women. This app calculates BMI by inputting your current weight and height, providing a reliable measure of your body condition.

Monitoring your body state is essential to determine your ideal weight, especially considering that overweight and obesity are significant risk factors for various health conditions such as hypertension, asthma, cardiovascular diseases, high blood pressure, and diabetes. The app facilitates this by allowing users to check their BMI and related parameters.

Users can set personalized weight goals for either weight gain or weight loss. The app tracks your progress toward these goals by recording daily weight entries and presenting data through various charts and statistical analyses.

Additionally, the app includes four standalone calculators:

<li>Waist-to-Height Ratio calculator: Calculates the ratio to assess waist health indicators and determines the ideal waist circumference.</li>

<li>Progress visualization through weight charts covering periods of one week, one month, six months, or one year.</li>

<li>Password protection via PIN code to safeguard personal data.</li>
<li>Daily reminders to record your weight updates.</li>
<li>Option to enable or disable notifications for regular weight tracking.</li>
